Liz is a professional trainer and business coach. She has over 25 years experience in The Financial Services Industry and a track record in Sales & Service achievement. She has hands-on experience as a Sales Manager and Sales Trainer in retail banking and worked as a direct consultant in the Life & Pension market.
Liz is passionate about Sales and Service excellence and believes that the two are inextricably linked. Her workshops are realistic, interactive and direct with a huge emphasis on clear communication built on empathy and understanding. Her style of training that she brings to the classroom authenticates everything she teaches in building enduring relationships with your Customer – Clarity, genuine concern and collaboration. Liz strives to ensure her programmes are effective and meet the needs of her clients. To assess this she is constantly looking for new methods to measure the validation and evaluation process so that desired change ensues and objectives are met.
Liz is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA), a certified coach and an accredited DiSC practitioner. She applies these learnings to all her programmes.
