Liz Kearney

I am Liz Kearney, the LK in LK Learning Solutions. I am a Professional Trainer and Personal Business coach. I work with Senior Management, Line Managers, Teams and Individuals. Having worked in a Senior Management Role in Retail Banking for many years I experienced first-hand many of the challenges (and rewards) we encounter when working with other people. I also learned the crucial importance of building resilience and maintaining our wellbeing when working under high pressure and demand. I want to share my knowledge, my expertise and my wisdom with you and authenticate the success and happiness that can be realised by uncovering your best self and living a life aligned to your core values. My programmes focus on self-awareness, self-development and self-actualisation

The foundation of my work is built on Everything DiSC® Psychometrics, The Roche Martin Emotional Capital Report ECR™, The Resilience and Wellbeing Springboard© and Positive Psychology. The Resilience & Wellbeing Springboard

In the Resilience & Wellbeing Springboard participants gain a deep understanding of stress and distress. They learn new ways to challenge their perception of stress. They examine their personal triggers, find ways to take back control and strengthen their protection mechanism when faced with adversity. The programme examines Positive Psychology and provides practices to enhance positive emotions, improve relationships and increase a sense of meaning and engagement in everyday life .
