Liz Kearney

I am Liz Kearney, the LK in LK Learning Solutions. I am Trainer, Facilitator and Personal Business coach. I work with Senior Management, Line Managers, Teams and Individuals.

Having worked in a Senior Management Role in Retail Banking for many years I experienced first-hand many of the challenges (and rewards) we encounter when working with other people. I also learned the crucial importance of building resilience and maintaining our wellbeing when working under high pressure and demand.

I want to use my experience and expertise to help others, not just to survive during challenging times, but thrive in life, achieve their best self and find the success and happiness they have always wanted. My work focuses on self-awareness, self-development, and self-actualisation.

The Strengthened Resilience & Wellbeing Springboard

The Strengthened Resilience & Wellbeing Springboard is an online programme supported by Everything DiSC® Workplace. This updated in-house programme is 10 hours in total and can be organised to suit your workplace schedule.

Everything DiSC® for Managers

Over a 12 hour Zoom delivery (tailored to fit in with your workplace schedule), participants will learn new skills in effective decision making, communication, motivation, change management, flexibility, collaboration and empathy.

ECR – Leading with Emotional Intelligence

The Leading with Emotional Intelligence Programme can be delivered using various methods. A Group Workshop for up to a maximum of 8 participants over an eight-hour Zoom delivery tailored to fit in with your workplace schedule.

Customer Service Excellence Programme

The Telephone Service Excellence programme is a 4 hour live online programme. This programme aims to help participants deal with calls efficiently while at the same time create an experience of Excellent Service for the Customer.
