Liz Kearney

I am Liz Kearney, the LK in LK Learning Solutions. I am a Professional Trainer and Personal Business coach. I work with Senior Management, Line Managers, Teams and Individuals.

Having worked in a Senior Management Role in Retail Banking for many years I experienced first-hand many of the challenges (and rewards) we encounter when working with other people. I also learned the crucial importance of building resilience and maintaining our wellbeing when working under high pressure and demand.

I want to share my knowledge, my expertise and my wisdom with you and authenticate the success and happiness that can be realised by uncovering your best self and living a life aligned to your core values.

The Resilience & Wellbeing Springboard

Stress can manifest itself in many different ways. Anything from the common cold to chronic pain can be linked to stress. Poor performance, absenteeism, unproductive conflict are many of the issues that can arise when stress is not managed in the workplace.
