This programme delivered over 12 hours in total is available online, in-person or a combination of both. It can be tailored to your specific needs and schedule and includes 2 hours of personal 1:2:1 coaching for each participant . Prior to attending the workshop participants will be asked to complete the Roche Martin Emotional Capital Report ECR™ online. This produces a 19-page personalised development report that provides a detailed interpretation of the 10 emotional competences that are associated with effective management and personal performance.
This highly interactive programme encourages participants to identify the challenges they are encountering in their role, optimise their strengths, recognise their limitations and craft their own personal development plan to ensure change happens and they succeed in becoming the best Manager that they already know they can be.

A Multi Rater Report – The ECR 360©
Using the multi-rater online method the individual has a choice to be assessed through a combination of responses from colleagues, managers, direct reports and others. These scores are then compared to the Self-Report to yield a gap analysis and an understanding of differences in self / others perception. This method includes personal tailored sessions concentrating on particular factors where ‘self’ scores and Rater Scores are significantly different and provides coaching in developing a personal strategic plan for improving performance.
